Llareggub - the cottage

Having been renovated to the highest quality, Llareggub cottage has an excellent position boasting only a short walk to the beach, all pubs and restaurants within the heart of New Quay.

Accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 people –

• Master bedroom with flat screen TV
• 2nd bedroom with twin beds
• 3rd bedroom with bunk beds sleeping 2 young children

Linen is available for hire if required.

The kitchen / dining area (seating 6) includes a modern double electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher as well as the usual small appliances.

The lounge area comprises of a large 3 seater sofa as well as a further sofa seating 2. Included within the lounge are:

• 32” Flat screen TV
• DVD (with a good range of adult and kids films)
• Sky Freeview (with the option of bringing own viewing card for full range of channels)
• Nintendo Wii + 2 controllers
• Hi-Fi
• Use of broadband internet on PC
• Wood burning stove
• Large variety of games and books for both adults and children

Modern bathroom with bath and shower.

The large utility room includes:

• Washing machine
• 2 person kayak (life jackets included)
• Beach chairs and umbrella

There is a large sunny garden with a BBQ area as well as plenty of room for safe garden activities.

Coal and logs for the wood burning stove can be purchased close by. The house is also equipped with electric night storage heaters (electricity is included in the price).

Parking is available on the roadside immediately outside the cottage with further parking available at the two major car parks servicing New Quay.

Unfortunately pets can not be accommodated at the cottage.

We ask that residents do not smoke within the cottage.
